Keep an inventory of the paints you own, as named lists per brand. Your email is your account — there is no password to set up: request an edit link and we email you a way in. Anyone with your email can then view your shelf; only you can edit it. Open a list to view it, or Edit it to make changes — your checks and imports save automatically.
